Bulan lalu website resmi untuk ajang The Game Awards 2019 meluncur dengan memberikan deretan judul game yang masuk nominasi predikat terbaik tahun ini.Dan hari ini (13/12) lewat acara live streaming yang disiarkan melalui kanal Youtube, akhirnya TGA mengumumkan para pemenangnya.
Uniknya game besutan Hideo Kojima , yaitu Death Stranding yang sempat masuk hampir di setiap kategori games justru tidak memenagkan nominasi Game Of The Year.Posisi tersebut diisi oleh Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
